我用cx-25p, 2.5bar左右 打鮮奶泡
我是新手 最近打出來的都變成泡泡膨脹在最上層
我的蒸氣管頭靠近液面
在打發的前段 感覺都只是在加熱鮮奶, 後段拉花杯突然會有泡泡
倒入杯中 一開始會是鮮奶居多 最後就是泡泡一團
剛剛上youtube查了一下, 到底使用cx-25p怎麼打出這樣軟的鮮奶泡泡

另外這個外國人也是使用cx-25
然而他在打得過程中, 鮮奶在中後段都不會忽然有膨脹很多 或者一團泡泡膨脹在表面

能否有人建議 到底有什麼關鍵 勢必需掌握的阿
