大家好,
小弟現在正在練打奶泡,用的是 燦坤的 Caffe Tiziano義式膠囊咖啡機
看過板上的文章,管子一開始進入牛奶表面約1cm開始打,可能氣不夠強,無
法造成旋轉,所以用手晃奶泡杯來造成旋轉,然後就產生很多大泡泡,牛奶體積開始
增高,停止蒸氣後,只有表面有大型泡泡,剩下的就是牛奶,
我也想打出綿密的奶泡阿 Q__Q
請各位教教我吧…謝謝!
