手沖的幾個小問題 - 咖啡討論

我的經驗是標準匙一匙對100~110CC的水,粗細還得看豆子的吸水狀況而定,一般來說,粉末粗,注水就要慢而細,粉末細,注水就要大而快囉,因為這跟萃取有關
