手沖時水量過小時的衝擊? - 咖啡討論

今天在測試手沖水流的感受時,
發現當水流控的很小時,小到變成一顆顆圓圓的水珠落下時,
衝擊在手上的力量反而變大!
這種水珠狀的水流,往往發生在小水量又拉高高度時容易發生,
這時如果加大水量,水珠狀的水流消失,變成連續的水柱,
衝擊在手上的水流力道就變小了!
想請問一下,一般大家提到的手沖 "斷水" 是不是就是指像這樣呢?
水柱斷裂變成一顆顆的水珠,這樣對手沖咖啡是大忌嗎?
