我是剛入手沖咖啡的新手
有個問題想請教版上的前輩們
目前我大概沖了一磅半的咖啡
不過總是沖不出漂亮的咖啡牆
如下列這張圖

而我自己沖出來的,卻像是月球表面

像幾天剛入手了衣索比亞 日曬耶加 Kochere ECX 科契爾 G3
本來很期待能喝到帶有茉莉花香、檸檬、柑橘口感
入口後,卻只有稍酸的口感
說老實話,自己感到蠻失望的
是不是少了咖啡牆,導致萃取不足的關係
所以喝不出來耶加的滋味
我是以1:12的比例,水溫92度,時間2:30(悶蒸+沖)
請版上的前輩們能不吝賜教!!謝謝!!
