好難有crema - 咖啡討論

目前使用的器具是Bialetti的摩卡壺, 
 
嘗試煮大約有1個多月了,發現Crema好難產生。
 
有的話大概也只有一些在壺的邊緣,一心企盼能煮出一層的油脂!
 
是咖啡豆的關係?還是技巧比較重要呢?
 
若與咖啡豆比較相關,何種咖啡豆含有豐富油脂呢?
