如果有板友想從精品咖啡(specialty coffee [1])業基層幹起,
剛好又有某自家烘焙業者的徵才條件為:
徵求門市正職人員,起薪每月兩萬並享勞健保。
每週最低需工作 40 小時,但採責任制(也就是超過 40 小時的部份不給加班費)。
試用期 60 天,
期間不但沒機會進吧台出咖啡給顧客,還得協助挑出瑕疵生豆。
該業者每袋(60公斤)生豆瑕疵率為 10% ,每週平均烘豆10公斤。
請問換做是你,您是否願意幹這份工作?
以上問題每個人的最佳答案不見得一樣,
不過或許可以幫助分析為什麼歐舍與 mojo 兩家業者咖啡豆瑕疵率不同。
- 台灣星巴克各門市吧台員工似乎不需要幫忙挑瑕疵生豆,
所以我們很難得知星巴客挑豆方式。
