小弟(比板主年輕故稱小弟)懶的想文章起頭,讓我們直接進入主題吧!
小弟常看到&聽到許多人問&說,我不懂喝咖啡,我只是想在家裡煮杯比小七好的拿鐵
,我大概要準備什麼?我沒很多錢,要花很多錢嗎?你們說的一堆我都不懂,我該怎麼入門?
然後啊,大家就會很熱心的說:你想喝義式的話,你至少要準備一台900N,
再搭配一台GEE,這是很入門款喔,喝義式的門檻比較高,所以你要多準備一點錢...
再不然你買台全自動機吧,我這裡有支電話,咖啡機很便宜的(咦?)
啊不然厚,你要不要考慮學著喝黑咖啡啊?黑咖啡很棒啊,有很多味道,對健康又好,
投資又便宜,一支手沖壺一個濾杯就走遍天下了,只是厚易學難精啊...可能又...

說正格的,義式咖啡的門檻(投資金額),跟技術門檻都蠻高的,如果你是純飲派,
那麼投資一台好的義式咖啡機,頂級磨豆機,找個好老師,這都會是一個必需的投資。
但是教練!我只是想喝杯拿鐵啊!喝拿鐵真的有這麼難嗎?
嗯,那接下來我跟大家分享一下你要準備什麼,才能在家做一杯拿鐵
首先,你需要準備
1.可以磨義式咖啡用的咖啡粉的磨豆機
2.微波爐跟非金屬的杯子
3.牛奶跟咖啡豆
4.愛樂壓、NOMAD、HANDPRESSO、MINIPRESSO、MYPRESSE...隨便挑一個
然後你把你手上的器材說明書都看過,你就會做拿鐵了,而且如果豆子沒問題,肯定
比小七的好喝。
那這樣大概要花多少錢呢?
以網路購物價來看,電動磨豆機5K以內,愛樂壓1K 總共花不到6K你就可以天天在家
幫自己煮拿鐵了,如果你覺得拿鐵一定要有奶泡覆蓋在上面,那你大概要再多花0.5K才能
有一個良好又穩定的奶泡。
說到這,為了避免被說我是來騙P幣的,我還是簡單的說一下,愛樂壓怎麼做拿鐵好了。
先準備18g的新鮮咖啡豆(在本板不新鮮是不行的,我們在做精品!),煮壺新鮮的熱水
(要新鮮熱水,我們做的是精品),將準備好的咖啡研磨至espresso粗細,然後把愛熱壓倒置
,倒入咖啡粉,接著倒入60cc的新鮮熱水(請超過90度),然後蓋上過濾用的蓋子,輕輕
的向下壓,像打針一樣,要先把空氣擠掉,讓咖啡粉水貼近濾網,然後把愛樂壓翻過來
,壓下去,你就有一個拿鐵的基底囉,剩下來的就是把牛奶加進去,這就是一杯拿鐵。
[義大利語單詞latte是指牛奶,直到1980年代,拿鐵咖啡一詞才在義大利境外使用]
ok,因為拿鐵咖啡並沒有規定要多少比例的咖啡配多少的牛奶,所以做法教完,大家就自己
研究一下自己喜歡的濃度吧 :)
