問版上達人 EES-200流速過快解決方式 - 咖啡討論

我知道這是老問題,是台新機器(沒列入經典義式咖啡實驗室)
我已經買小郵筒磨到最細(再調一格就卡死的程度)
再按照教科書填一匙,就用大力金剛掌把雞精罐壓實再填,
濾杯用double的,我承認我還嘗試過填粉進去之後震他個好幾下,再壓。
再把粉填到不能再滿了(0.5mm)
但是! 但是雖然出水的時間大約在3-5秒之間,
流速卻像漏尿一樣,30秒給我噴100cc啊!(崩潰)
CREMA的顏色是金黃色的呢! T_T 雖然覺得是過渡粹取,但是磨粗流速就更快啊。
還是ELECTROLUX EES-200的壓力過大呢?(理想是8bar吧?)
版上有好新人可以給我一點意見,還是我只能走上改機之途。
