我媽朋友是記者,去採訪古坑咖啡園業者送的,所以應該真的吧。
豆子特色都滿大顆的,中火烘培的樣子,有茶葉香。
應該是把劣等的茶葉當香料一起炒....
問題來了,用塞風煮的雖然有茶葉香可是喝起來卻難以入口,一整個乾澀苦的口感。
怎麼辦,還有一大包,聽說一磅要好幾千 ... 感覺丟掉很可惜
有沒有什麼建議的煮法會比較好入口? 謝謝
