王道的豆子 比我之前在湛盧買稍為大上一號
今天把小飛鷹清理完後 順便校正
以3.5的刻度去磨
水溫83度 25克去沖350cc
豆子非常地新鮮 悶蒸的過程 脹得非常漂亮
入口的口感很溫潤 初味甘甜 果酸稍為不那麼明顯
溫度下降一些後 果酸就跳出來了 很爽口 但不刺激
吞下後 舌頭留下的甜味十分舒服
