匿名刻度問題 - 咖啡討論

推文推到一半覺得煩,乾脆直接回文好了。
我在歸零時,通常都會手壓錐刀,在轉旋紐。
基本上手壓到底應該就是歸零的高度了,旋紐就不會到後來很難轉,
這樣子調整好之後,上方搖桿轉小力轉是轉不動的,會卡住。
我的那隻,搖桿在11點鐘方向時,旋紐刻度同樣在11點鐘方向
然後我現在手沖淺焙,退二圈,大小大概是介於細砂糖跟粗砂糖中間
之前是退二圈半,大概就是粗砂了。
後來有磨摩卡壺的,我是大概退一圈半,跟以前給店家磨摩卡壺的差不多。
