手沖耶加要如何才不會有澀味? - 咖啡討論

買了一支紅櫻桃計畫-科契爾耶加,淺培,使用手沖方式,無論怎麼沖,都會有明亮的酸
,但也帶出許多澀味,請問要怎麼改善呢?目前用的方式有:
1.悶蒸40秒,沖50秒斷20秒,再沖40秒,滴到所需水量。
2.悶蒸30秒,不斷水沖2分鐘後移開。
3.悶20秒,斷水多次,不超過一開始高度,前後約4分鐘。
水溫90度,粉水比1:17,20g沖340ml。還有一開始流速都很順,但會慢慢有堵塞的感覺
,越滴越慢,不知道是什麼原因,請各位專業板有提供一些意見,謝謝!
