非常受打擊,僅僅是跳去練新圖形幾十張,基本功就極度明顯的退步
不管是晃動的頻率、晃動的角度方向、入水的角度、咖啡杯傾斜的角度、回正的角度等
通通都需要一而再、再而三的、持續的拍影片修正
連續練了超過一百杯的基本功,竟然撐不過三十杯的時間間隔就變得歪七扭八...
這次有新的議題,但完全不知道要從何下手
請問拉花結束用湯匙推開奶泡觀察時,奶泡要立刻滑回來還是滑不太回來比較好?
這是新的議題:咖啡跟奶泡接觸面的滑動性
有時候用湯匙推開奶泡後放開,奶泡會立刻滑回來,看不太到底下的咖啡液
有時則是推開就推開了
歸咎原因跟奶泡流動性關係似乎不大,因為這件事感覺跟奶泡厚度不太有相關
理論上應該是越滑越好吧,推開就推開的話感覺奶泡流動性也跟著變差了
但又不知道該把此事歸因於豆子本身新鮮程度、乳化程度、還是豆子本身特性的緣故
