會喜歡咖啡最早是喜歡咖啡的香味,後來喜歡上的是義式咖啡的拉花,
覺得有了美麗的花樣,咖啡喝起來更是種享受。
後來有機會在咖啡店工作,雖說只做了八個月,但在那學會了打奶泡,
店內咖啡煮得好外更要求奶泡打好和倒奶泡,因為奶泡打的好,
倒入杯中至少有個圓,拉花的部份我都是看youtube學拉花的手勢,和自己多練習,
離開咖啡店後,我沒碰咖啡一年,後來家裡開了冰店,
我買了台小台的義式咖啡機來玩,
最近又開始玩拉花了,跟大家分享我的拉花:)
1.恩,是發芽的心還是蘋果?
2.我想拉雙葉,結果拉成羊角還是鹿角!
3.是想學拉天鵝,但身體和翅膀部份沒做好,頭得部份也沒做好,
我覺得像是胖天鵝~
4.這張更不知怎麼解釋了,我也不知道怎麼會拉出這樣的旋轉圖!
請大家多多指教 :)
