冰滴萃取流速問題 - 咖啡討論

小弟昨天入手了冰滴壺,立刻就拿來滴看看賣家附贈的深焙豆(瓜地馬拉,黑到發亮那種)
但是流速不太會抓,大概3~5秒一滴
有事先潤粉加上分水不鏽鋼濾網
40g粉600cc水,滴了大概6個小時(滴完粉都有濕透)
結果試喝超級苦又有點澀,會是因為流速太慢萃取過頭嗎?
還是冰滴要冰個一兩天讓它熟成?
也不確定是不是豆子問題,晚點可能會拿來手沖看看是不是豆子根本烘壞= =
請教各位冰滴的流速應該幾秒一滴比較適合?
