新手想請問在使用手沖方式沖煮
歐舍的M1經典曼巴時,
無酸味有果香,但苦味總是很明顯很烈
沖水方法使用的是斷水法,順時繞圈
嘗試溫度88度至80度間
磨豆機使用的是手搖郵筒
咖啡粉粗細爬文後參考約為(二號砂)粗細。
曼巴不苦不酸的說法,在下都沖不出這種味道
想請問是否需要改善哪項步驟?
