1) syphon 的理想水溫多少 ??
是不是 87~93 就是完美的溫度?
2) 上壺的平均水溫的代表意義實在有限
有咖啡粉與煮空壺的溫度分布也很不一樣
這兩個問題都是我覺得很重要的部份。
(另外,溫度的量測系統似乎也有必要溝通一下)
3) 量不到上壺的氣泡溫度,
也可從下壺的水溫及氣室的溫度開始。
4) 攪拌方式的區隔及選擇其實只要找到足夠說服的理由即可
但考慮到整個系統的溫度分布,除了手法,時機或許也是該考慮進去的因素。
以上的問題若沒有解決,前一系列文章的操作,
就我的想法而言,不太可能量出"過高的水溫",
