目前用BDB920XL+NZ的組合大概一個半月多了,沖煮上面沒啥問題
倒是在咖啡的風味上有點疑慮
不曉得是不是因為都只喝冰拿鐵的關係
原本豆子的風味被蓋了大部分
還有從900N的平刀轉為NZ錐刀的差異
目前大概喝了5磅左右的豆子
每一磅的豆子都不同支
前4磅都是中深培度,固定90度沖煮
然後結果就是雖然豆子都不一樣
但喝出來的味道只有5%的差異吧
跟之前用900N的平刀相比
每換一支豆子,都可以明顯認出
喔!是新的豆子,那種感覺完全不一樣
第四磅中後期有改變沖煮溫度到92度
明顯有更好喝一點,大概變10%的差異
最近第五磅豆子改成深培
分別用92、90、88的溫度去煮
結果喝出來的差異最大在苦味的多寡
92最苦,所以目前固定用88度煮這支
有趣的是我老婆只喝espresso的
也說雖然換了豆子,但好像沒以前舊機子煮出來的每支豆子差異都那麼大
反倒現在換了豆子也沒啥興趣
害我最近在思考是不是要換回平刀了XD
不曉得有NZ的大大可以幫我解惑嗎?
又或是我該換成淺培豆子的會比較有不一樣的辨識度出來?
