gee第四代疑問 - 咖啡討論

最近入手gee第四代,
我想要沖出單份濃縮(30ml),但實際沖出的咖啡液偏稀,crema很薄,還足足有70ml。
以下是我的沖煮數據
溫度: 95
預淨時間: 1s
等待時間: 1s
萃取時間: 12s
咖啡粉: 9g (刻度2.5 <-請店家磨的)
我是使用雙流把手(配單濾杯),填粉後有壓(約中等力道)
咖啡豆是義式綜合豆(深焙)
想要沖出crema多一點的濃縮咖啡液(30ml),不知道該怎麼調整才好> <?
我在想是不是顆粒太粗的緣故?
不知道有沒有人可以幫我解答?
或是同樣是買gee第四代的人,可以一起討論使用心得...XDD
