想請問大家
我種了兩棵咖啡樹
最近將要大豐收
但是關於豆子該怎麼處理確有點困擾
請問~豆子外面那一層果肉是否要徹底去除
或者,僅僅需要把紅色的咖啡果子皮去除就可以曬乾進行烘培
其實上一次收成我就已經自己烘培過了
只是去除果肉的步驟實在太麻煩....
上次收成的量不大,我可以一顆一顆的處理
可是這次是大豐收....=_=.....
所以想請教了解內情的專家
話說,我種的豆子煮出來的咖啡還真好喝^^
