關於塞風使用的一些問題 - 咖啡討論

喝咖啡很久了 最近才開始學煮咖啡
我使用的器具是塞風
可是我卻覺得我煮出來的咖啡不香 而且還有點偏苦
我煮的步驟是
先到入咖啡粉 然後等下座的水跑到上座做第一次攪拌
然後等約三十秒 作第二次攪拌
然後大概在第60秒左右作第三次攪拌
然後大約在80秒的時候移開酒精燈 讓上座的咖啡流回下座
這個過程 咖啡渣也有呈現類似山丘的形狀
可是總覺得煮出來的咖啡還缺少點什麼
我知道咖啡是門很細膩的藝術 大家可以告訴我有哪裡需要改進的嗎
我想煮出一杯好咖啡阿!!
