借用這個標題問也是關於咖啡豆保存的問題
我想問的是咖啡豆冷凍過後
(豆子適不適合冷凍也有很多種說法
我知道盡早喝完最好 但目前喝少量所以傾向冷凍保存)
把豆子拿出來喝的方法
爬文找資料後找到兩種方式
1.迅速取出需要的量 不退冰直接磨豆
2.不開封在豆子不接觸外面空氣的情況下
事先拿出來退冰 直到豆子回復室溫才開封
雖然兩種方式主要都是避免豆子吸附水氣
但是差別還蠻大的@@
想請問版友哪一種才是正確的方式呢?
