量匙對沖泡C.C數? - 咖啡討論

如題
大家都說,一匙(10G)的量匙,對100C.C的水
我是使用手沖的方式
可是...........我真的覺得太濃了啊
如果照我自己喝,我個人覺得1:2的比例,會來得順口多
我使用的豆子是品皇的巴西聖多斯
搞到後來我都覺得.....是不是我不會喝咖啡了啊
剛剛有跟我朋友討論,他說他也是用1:2下去沖泡
他常去的咖啡店也是1:2~那到底是.....?
要怎麼的比例才能最顯現出咖啡的濃醇香呢?
