想請問賽風的萃取時間是不管人數都煮一分鐘嗎?
還是依據不同杯數增加秒數?
之前有老闆說他多煮一杯多40秒,但是這樣不會有萃取過度的問題嗎?
小魯是200cc兌20克的粉,煮一分鐘。偏酸的咖啡豆就會多煮10秒,因為個人喜愛苦味
