請教鹹味 - 咖啡討論

這篇炒的真熱鬧, 
 
順便問鹹味的問題,
咖啡裡頭通常會有比例不等的鹹味因子,但通常我們的味蕾無法感受
(至少是我的舌頭未曾感受過)
鹹味比例過重的造成原因很多,
可能種植、儲存環境 、運送過程 、 烘焙等等都有關係,
通常杯測上也少出現'鹹'這各字眼,
 
雖然這種鹹可能只是淡淡的鹹香,有的話,我會直接掠過這支豆子,
因為我會聯想到鹹豆漿,但看到這熱鬧的炒文,我到好奇起咖啡中的鹹味,
是很不適,還是像番茄上的梅子粉,搞不好添增風味

油質感明顯,帶鹹香味,焦糖甜明顯會殘留且酸味生津,味道細膩帶點淡淡香矛草的觸感
整體風味,帶點不完美的句點,卻又不影響協調度,真是一支不可思議的咖啡豆
 
(什麼叫不完美和不可思議,是像形容女生不漂亮 ,
只好說可愛和別有風情的=不怎樣的意思嗎?)
 
我想請教的問題是:
1.大家品嚐過鹹,那麼對鹹的感受是?
2.印度的咖啡評價如何?
