各位大大,小弟我有疑問,我想請問大家在煮不同烘焙度的咖啡時
,手法有不一樣嗎?我自己在煮的時候,發現把煮淺焙的時間長短
和攪拌次數、方法拿來主中深焙的咖啡時,依自己和家人的口味發
現,相同手法淺焙的味道是我喜歡的,可是深焙的似乎萃取的不夠
,所以想請問大家的看法。
