請教Brikka的問題 - 咖啡討論

小弟剛入手一支四人份的Brikka
煮的過程中,會先流出一點咖啡,
但是我必須讓它「手動噴發」,也就是必須拿個東西去輕輕碰一下聚壓閥
只要碰一下(很輕的力道即可)就會立刻噴發
如果沒有這個「碰一下聚壓閥」的動作,接著煮一兩分鐘都不會噴發
超過三分鐘沒讓他強制噴發的話,咖啡就會很苦很難喝...
請問這是正常現象嗎?
是不是大家都得輕輕動一下聚壓閥才行呢?
還是我的使用有什麼問題?
註:我確定咖啡粉沒磨太細,咖啡粉九分滿,只抹平無填壓動作
壺也鎖很緊,完全沒有漏氣
我用瓦斯爐煮,火力應該夠強
壺子很乾淨,每次使用完都徹底拆卸洗淨晾乾,聚壓閥活動都很順暢
