其實主題很簡單 就是文章標題所寫的:
"台北市"
因為主要生活在這邊
"折服"
相信在這邊的板友有很多都有自己的器材煮咖啡,如同文人相輕
大家應該都對自己煮出來的咖啡頗有自信,在這個假設之下,若是有讓自己折服的口味
想必在口味層次上必定有其獨到之處
甚至嚐到這樣的口味也會某種程度反問自己如何在家裡也調配出這樣的拿鐵出來
"原味拿鐵"
在這邊指不加糖,不作任何調味品的修飾,單純的espresso加奶泡
espresso和奶泡的比例盡量不要太懸殊,例如"大"拿鐵之類 幾乎都是奶味也不好
若是店家的強項是在"原味卡布奇諾"(espresso和奶泡比例在1:2左右)也麻煩註明
以免點錯 誤解板友的好意
其他:
若是有特別指定某位barista調製的話也麻煩註明一下
另外不一定要有炫麗的拉花,基本上就是想要找到"心中的那杯拿鐵" XD
