請問粉層沖完後的形狀 - 咖啡討論

各位先進好,
小弟一個月前才開始踏入手沖的坑,也買了幾本相關的書來研究,
只是在沖水的技巧上看書照著做似乎還有一些不足的地方,
尤其是沖完後我看書上還是YOUTUBE影片上濾杯內的粉層都有深深的凹陷出現,
但我只有在一開始練習手沖時有沖出這樣的結果,
之後就下面圖片的樣子,但味道有好有壞,也非全部都不能喝

我用過Tiamo的ha1554(一開始)到這週換用takahiro 0.9L的壺
濾杯也用過v60和g101,水柱也試過垂直向下的細水柱,也試過稍大的水柱,
繞圈也試過10元大小範圍的方式注水,也試過由內而外再由外而內,水淹咖啡粉也試過
書上我有興趣的方法都試過了,但還是無法形成中央深凹的粉層形狀
請問各位先進這個問題應該是出在哪裡啊?
