請問手打奶泡跟高壓奶泡口感差異? - 咖啡討論

我比較愛喝卡布奇諾(有加奶泡)的咖啡
因為想省錢所以買濾掛式咖啡來泡,另外再加上奶泡
但高壓蒸氣所打出來的奶泡不是隨手可得
所以考慮用手工的奶泡壺自己打
我比較重視奶香味,平時喝的都是咖啡機高壓打出來的奶泡
高壓的打的奶泡是熱的,手打的奶泡是冰的
請問大大手打的奶泡跟高壓打出來的奶泡口感、味道有什麼差異?
另外,通常奶泡壺都是鮮奶溫度於0-5度的溫度打出來最理想
且奶泡壺比較常見到的使用方式是在製作冰咖啡時
但我是想把它加入熱咖啡中不知何不合適。
如果先把鮮奶微波加熱,在放入奶泡壺打,不知道是否有這樣的作法?
