先說一下我說的即溶咖啡是外面賣場賣的玻璃罐裝(無糖奶精的)的咖啡粉
我都叫他即溶咖啡..
因為我去估狗發現好像有些人把即溶咖啡當作三合一咖啡解釋?
怕造成誤會先說明清楚~
我想請問的是我看到很多這種即溶咖啡粉顆粒大小有差 顏色也有差
在不能開封聞的情況下 顆粒大小可以直接拿來作為判斷好壞的第一因素嗎?
顏色部分感覺比較複雜 可能跟咖啡豆 烘焙的時間有關?
順便請問一下 這種咖啡粉聽說是低溫乾燥出來的
這過程也會添加化學香精嗎?
