如題 目前工作的地方使用的冰咖啡是用濾布沖煮
一次煮約15人份 煮完後要用打蛋器攪拌
等攪出很多的泡沫後 將泡沫撈掉 然後才放涼冰入冰箱
但問較資深的同事為何要這樣做
也沒人能給明確答覆
請問板上有哪位先進能解答這麼做的理由嗎
