請問一下咖啡的焦炭味 - 咖啡討論

我都在淡水某家咖啡店買咖啡豆,他們豆子自己烘焙且都是中焙到深焙,
但是不管哪一種豆子,我手沖出來都有焦炭味。
我哥跟別人買的豆子(中焙),我一樣手沖都不會有焦炭味。
想知道中焙以上有焦炭味正常,還是店家的問題。
