請問crema偏稀的問題(gee) - 咖啡討論

年初買了gee,替換掉1817+pavoni濾杯
磨豆機是小飛馬,在研磨度及填壓力道已調整至25秒30cc左右
但crema消退很快,剛煮出來咖啡偏稀溫度也蠻低的溫溫的(我沒有溫手把)
1.我咖啡豆都是自己烘的(一週內)應該不是新鮮度問題,約city烘焙
2.我gee水溫設93度,預浸3秒(水溫有需要調高嗎?)
3.我是用雙份濾器,咖啡粉約12g,小飛馬研磨1.3,輕度填壓(幾乎只輕轉弄平而已)
雖然咖啡比之前1817+pavoni濾杯好喝很多,但1817的crema就是比較漂亮
覺得應該還沒發揮gee應有的水平? 還請指點 謝謝
