最近入手了 V60,手搖磨豆機,和早早入手的月兔耳
從喝濾掛包開始手沖,昨天第一次試磨豆
在滴濾萃取時,不是成細小水流,是用滴的,但並不緩慢,是否是磨太細了?
粉末跟之前濾掛包的粉末比,似乎真的磨的細了一點
有兩個問題請教: 1. 一般手沖,萃取出來的流速,是細小水流還是用滴的
2. 如果粉磨太細,但也滴完了,風味或萃取出來的物質會有差異嗎?
