自家烘培的配方豆 - 咖啡討論

一直認為配方豆是對烘培師頗富挑戰性,現在有一個問題,
我喝到兩家自家烘培的配方豆(供手沖),這兩家的配方豆
一個是中培另一個是淺培。一開始喝的時候這兩家的配方豆
我都很喜歡,中培的喝了第三杯以後覺得風味跟第一、二杯
差了許多(豆子都非常新鮮,手沖條件皆一致);但淺培的卻
沒這問題,怎麼會這樣呢?
我想過,後面喝的混豆比例跟原先設定的已經走樣,但這變
數也會發生在淺培的配方豆啊!有版友知道是什麼原因嗎?
