各位版友大家好,
我們家老爸從1996年就開始自己實驗炒咖啡豆,持續到現在有機器烘焙咖啡,
從自己喝、送人、到這一年多來開始有賣給身旁的人,
大家的評價好像都還不錯,而我就想幫我爸在網路上賣賣看,
跟他老人家(?)討論過後,決定先送豆子試喝~
分別為三種他已經有在賣的豆子:
烘焙方式 建議沖煮方式 磨豆機顆粒
1.耶加雪菲 中淺焙 濾沖、虹吸 2.5
2.肯亞AA 中淺焙 濾沖、虹吸 2.5
3.林東曼特寧 中焙 濾沖、虹吸、(義式) 2.5、(1~1.5)
備註:老爸說三種都不太建議使用義式,中焙勉強可以這樣ˊˋ
試喝過如果有任何評論指教都非常歡迎!
