耶加-孔加沖煮疑問 - 咖啡討論

手機排版,傷眼請見諒。
這幾天在淘寶店家買了耶加-孔加日曬G1.
23號烘焙收到後,27號第一次手沖,溫度88+ㄧ分半手沖,喝到ㄧ點茶香跟杏仁味。
結果今天用虹吸煮了,過程ㄧ直處於有點滾的水溫,上水後1分鐘左右下咖啡液,共2分鐘
過程,結果香味不明顯,聞不出來是什麼但不討厭,喝起來就...像喝淡醬油!
保存ㄧ直用單向閥牛皮袋。
請問版上各位高手,這是器材問題還是豆子保存問題呢?
又或者是烘焙過短呢…
