看了板上的精華區還有各位前輩的經驗
義式為30c.c. 25sec.為最佳的流速
我使用的是EUPA 的TSK181
咖啡粉也請店家磨到espresso的細度
並且我在填粉的時候,使用自己用榨汁機改造的填壓器(這個改天來分享XD)
壓到超級緊了..
但是咖啡的流量仍然很大,30c.c.我覺得不到十秒就流完了
想請問各位我還有哪個環節應該注意呢?
