美式手沖萃取前中後期風味 - 咖啡討論

大家好,小弟美式手沖新手
常常看到手沖萃取順序是 酸>香甘>苦>澀
不知道有沒有人測試過不同時期粹出的咖啡咖啡味道的感覺!
例如:
水溫90度
咖啡豆30G
水粉比1:20,共600水
固定粉粒粗細(使用V60不塞車原則)
準備A,B,C,D四空瓶,開始手沖
A瓶:接 0-200,共200CC萃取液
B瓶:接200-400,共200CC萃取液
C瓶:接400-600,共200CC萃取液
D瓶:從A,B,C各取50CC
A,B,C:各表示前,中,後期萃取風味
D :則是正常1:20的萃取風味…
但我發現
A:濃到入口即吐,苦藥感>>>>香甜感
B:有點水感,五味雜成,像泡失敗的感覺
C:有淡淡的咖啡色,但幾乎剩下水的感覺
D:比B稍差,一樣有豐富的雜味感
這是我突發奇想做的測試,不知道有沒有人也做過一樣的,感覺如何?
目前我只有測試過一次,不知道這樣實驗步驟有沒有bug?實驗步驟有沒有改善的地方?
