粉水比例是直接影響咖啡成品風味的因素之一
那有一個疑問,究竟這個水的容量是指下列哪一項
會這樣問是因為咖啡粉會吸水(我自測吸水率約1公克粉會吸約1公克的水)
1.注入水的容量?
2.咖啡液成品的容量?
另外容量大多是用容積毫升mL還是重量公克g來作為基準?
