粉層發展的問題 - 咖啡討論

小弟用的是hario 50A-3 的syphon
之前是在網拍買的耶珈雪菲
粉到下去發展的粉層都很厚
可是這次買品皇的咖啡豆 好像粉層都不太厚
是否跟新鮮程度有關西呢?
還有 煮完吸下來的泡泡多寡跟新鮮程度也有關嗎?
