感謝版大分享,小弟呈上點心得
180cc水 90度水溫 KNC刻度3.5 斷水一次
柑橘檸檬的香氣聞起來非常明顯
入口的第一口有澀味,這個味道在冷卻之後沒那麼明顯
放到微微冷卻之後,小弟認為是風味最好的一段
不會出現酸氣,入喉的甜味卻非常明顯
整體而言會是令人印象深刻的淺培豆
特別是冷卻之後的滋味
