謝謝m大,前天就收到豆子,
還沒打開袋子就微微散發甜香,
下午馬上沖一杯,
袋子打開就是一股超濃的草莓果醬味撲鼻,
磨開後,草莓果醬的香氣更是瀰漫整個房間,
我還是第一次感受到這麼明顯的果醬甜香,
沖煮環境:
KNC #5
key coffee 鑽石濾杯
水溫90
悶蒸30S
小水柱兩次斷水法
總時間1m55s
粉水比1:12 15g取180cc
敘述:入口有非常強的草莓,梅果類,還有蜂蜜味道,
甜度極高,酸度非常明亮,有點類似柳橙的酸度
在口中稍縱即逝,接著是滿滿的甜,
最後是帶有白蘭地韻味的水果香氣,
非常乾淨,沒有躁味苦味烘焙味,
喝完杯底香氣超強,持從下午放到晚上還是濃濃甜香,
非常迷人!
