煮淺焙豆的撇步 - 咖啡討論

其實我是要發問的....因為這困擾我許久~~
自己喜歡帶著微酸的椰加 那感覺真的很棒~~
可是我煮的器材 是塞風... 曾經去聖米喝過咖啡
老板說他對於淺焙豆 都是用手沖 想想也是
手沖真的比較好控制變數...所以我喜歡喝手沖的安提瓜
感覺口感很乾淨 又不失 剃刀風味~~~ 應該說感覺是把很利的刀
還是其實是自己控火控的不好...不知道有沒有前輩對於塞風
煮淺焙豆有沒有什麼心得...
