我用小台熱風烘豆
一次約一磅(500克)
第二天開始風味達到頂峰
可是烘好後三天風味就開始急速下滑
請問這是要如何避免
機器算是小型營業用機,,跟好心老闆付少許烘焙費,但是老闆也不見的很會用
大約進二爆後下豆,時間6分鐘
espresso,Hara mocha star,
淬取及研磨應不是問題,第二天喝感動到要哭出來,但是撐不久xd
