烘焙度和咖啡因的關係 - 咖啡討論

請問一下 同一支豆子在不同烘焙度下 同一種煮法
淺焙和深焙來比較 何者咖啡因比較高?
看了"咖啡大全"提到 深焙咖啡因較低
因為咖啡因會隨著烘焙過稱而揮發掉(?)
但我剛剛看到這個網頁

北義還有南義那邊的介紹 正好完全相反
(還是說 在調配過程中 就已決定咖啡因? 那麼網頁介紹的淺深烘焙和咖啡因?)
請問哪一個說法正確?
