為何生豆便宜這麼多? - 咖啡討論

一直以來有個問題 因為最近想買台FR+8 來進入烘豆的世界
想問一下 為何熟豆比生豆貴這麼多
以歐舍大部分豆種來說
1公斤的生豆跟一磅的熟豆價錢是一樣的
等於就是多了1.2倍的價錢
今天看某本雜誌也是介紹咖啡 也提到熟豆比生豆貴了1.2倍左右
請問 是因為工錢(電費 技術 經驗)的因素比較大
還是說 生豆烘焙後 因為水分減少所以重量會減低
如果是這樣的話 請問 以一公斤生豆城市烘焙(歐舍M焙度)後
大概會剩下幾公克呢?
