溫度對沖好的咖啡的影響 - 咖啡討論

有看過一個說法是咖啡在遇到冷時會產生酸,所以要溫壺(是否屬實)
但也常有網友做沖出來馬上冰鎮
自己也比較愛喝冰的,覺得好入口,香氣較平衡(在店裡喝的,但忘記請教)
但平時自己沖煮經驗不足,要加冰塊會太淡,都是用摩卡壺沖的加冰塊,可是味道較混濁
,
但若是手沖完放到玻璃瓶冰到冰箱半天後拿出來喝,又變得不好喝,好像死水一般,不知
道問題出在哪裡
p.s.目前都沖中烘培以上不知有影響嗎
